Teen Ministry

Our teen ministry serves young people in grades 7–12. Our goal is to help all of our teens grow in their love for God, knowledge of His Word, and service for others. Our teen program is targeted toward the unique needs and opportunities of teenagers. Each activity and ministry is designed to encourage growth in understanding and love for God and His Word, foster strong relationships with other Christian teens, and provide opportunities to share the gospel and serve.

Led by our Youth Pastor Tony Sengmany, the teens are encouraged and taught through memorization of Scripture, discipleship in small group settings on Sunday and Wednesday nights, and participation in activities, outreach, and service opportunities.

Teen Sunday School

Our Teen Sunday School class meets every Sunday morning at 10:00 AM. This time is dedicated to diving deep into God's Word, where teens can explore and understand the Bible in a way that is relevant to their lives. The lessons are interactive and designed to encourage discussion, allowing teens to ask questions and grow in their faith. Our dedicated teachers are passionate about guiding teens to a deeper relationship with Christ.

Wednesday Night Teen Service

Every Wednesday at 7:00 PM, our teens gather for a dynamic and engaging service. This mid-week service includes worship, prayer, and a challenging message from Youth Pastor Tony Sengmany. It's a time for teens to recharge spiritually, fellowship with friends, and grow in their understanding of God's Word. The service often includes breakout sessions and small group discussions to foster deeper connections and personal growth.

Teen Choir

The Teen Choir offers a wonderful opportunity for teens who have a passion for music to use their talents to glorify God. Rehearsals are held on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM, and the choir performs in various Sunday services and special events. Participation in the Teen Choir helps young people develop their musical skills, build confidence, and connect with others who share a love for worship through music.

M.I.T. - Missionaries in Training

Our church partners with the Mount Abarim Baptist Mission for a program called MIT (Missionary-in-Training) to fuel young people's passion for a global purpose. Mount Abarim aims to mobilize and multiply disciples globally, providing training and opportunities for teens to engage in mission work. Through this program, teens will be prepared to share the Gospel with those who have little to no access to it, emphasizing the importance of a global mission. After a week of training at camp, the teens fly to New York City to apply what they have learned in real-life ministry.
